Please review our guidelines concerning rental items for your event. We will be sure to be in contact with you at appropriate times to ensure your event goes smoothly.
Reservations
Your Event is reserved when a 50% deposit and signed contract are received by Green Bay Exposition Services. Your final numbers are then due 7 days prior to the event. Changes can be made to the quote if needed, staff will finalize numbers 5-7 days the to event to ensure your numbers are accurate.
Corporate customers have slightly different requirements, so please reach out to us at gbes12@gmail.com for those details!
Pricing
Our typical weekend event rentals begin at 12pm on Friday and the rental items are due back before 4pm on Monday. If the event occurs during the week, lengths of rentals vary by the event. If you would like to keep a rental item for an extended period please call our office for long term rates. All charges are for time out, whether used or not.
Changes
Additions to your order are welcome prior to delivery based on availability. Major deletions to your order can result in additional charges.
Delivery and Pick-up
Merchandise Return
Responsibility for all rental equipment remains with the renter from time of receipt to time of return. Linens should be free of food and placed in laundry bags.
Damages
Renters will be charged for all missing, broken, damaged and weather damaged items. Please be sure all rental items are secure and protected from weather.
